Attorney Molloy’s litigation experience is multifaceted and extensive. With more than forty years of trial experience, he has a distinguished reputation as a trial attorney, having tried over 100 jury trials in the Superior and District Courts in every county in Massachusetts.
Attorney Molloy has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of complex personal injury matters, including construction site accidents, product liability, wrongful death, premises liability, and motor vehicle collision, which have resulted in substantial settlements and verdicts. In addition to the representation of injured clients in “third party” litigation, Attorney Molloy represents injured workers and their families, including professional athletes, in workers’ compensation claims at the Department of Industrial Accidents.
As a former prosecutor in Massachusetts, Atty. Molloy brings a valuable and unique perspective of understanding the legal process from the opposing side as a prosecutor in the Criminal Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Attorney Molloy prosecuted white-collar crimes throughout the Commonwealth and was Chief of the Environmental Crimes Strike Force Division.
Attorney Molloy has a Master of Laws in Taxation and has argued cases before the Appellate Tax Board, United States Tax Court, United States Court of Claims, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. His estate planning practice focuses on reducing or eliminating estate tax liability and avoiding the expense and delay of probate proceedings.
